This message describes how to create a password for your Reach account. If you began sponsoring a child through Pine Lake Academy prior to June 2015, or if you started a sponsorship by speaking to someone in person instead of online, we probably already have an account for you. Follow these steps to create your password:

  1. Follow this link to the Reach login page: https://plcc.reachapp.co/users/0/edit
  2. Click the Reset Password button
     
  3. Enter your email address. This should be the email address where you received an announcement about the availability of this system.
     
  4. Click the Reset Password button. IMPORTANT: If the system cannot find your account with the email provided, do not create a new account. Instead, contact office@plcc.org for help.
  5. Check your email for an email from Reach with a subject line of "Reset password instructions." If you don't see it, check your spam/junk folder.
  6. Follow the link in the password reset email to set your password
