If you normally make your sponsorship donation using a credit card, you've probably done so using a payment form in myPLCC. Now we are asking Supporters to transition to automatic recurring monthly donations through Reach. There are several benefits to this change:
- Ability for Supporters to view and manage their own donations
- More predictable funding for PLA through automatic recurring donations
- Lower volunteer and staff administrative workload
- Reduction in manual, error-prone tracking of payments
- Centralized management of PLA sponsorship records and donations
To make this transition, we ask that you follow these steps:
- Click this link to view your Sponsorships (PLA students that you support) in Reach: https://plcc.reachapp.co/users/sponsorships. (If you have not yet created your password, follow these instructions.)
- For each sponsorship, follow these steps:
- Click the Convert to Online button
- If this is the first sponsorship you are converting to Online, enter your address and payment details and then click Update Sponsorship. If you've already converted another sponsorship, simply click Use Card On File to complete the conversion (do not press Update Sponsorship in this case).
After you complete these steps, Reach will automatically charge your credit card each month for your PLA donation.
